The platform

Everything an event needs, in one place

From the first registration to the last guest scanned in — payments, passes, inventory, and reporting, all on one platform.

Real-time inventory

Server-authoritative holds and limited tiers — two buyers can never grab the last table or sponsorship.

Modern, secure checkout

Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe — with the service fee handled automatically.

QR check-in

Every guest gets a scannable pass. Staff admit them in seconds, with a live attendance tally.

Instant confirmations

Branded email with passes the moment someone pays — plus a new-order alert straight to the organizer.

Board dashboards

Live registrations, who signed up, sponsorship inventory, and one-click Excel exports for the board.

Multi-event, multi-org

One platform across every event and organization, tied together in a single owner cockpit.

Live event app

Every event gets a mobile hub — schedule, speakers, venue & parking, and announcements that reach every guest instantly. No download.

Badges & day-of ops

Print name badges with each guest's own QR — bulk sheets on any printer, or one at a time right from the door scanner.

Campaigns & surveys

Invites, day-of reminders, and thank-yous with automatic unsubscribe handling — plus post-event surveys with verified-guest NPS.

Apple & Google Wallet

Guests add their pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in a tap — right from their ticket page, no app to install. The QR sits on their lock screen, ready at the door.

Ticket types, priced your way

Sell more than one kind of admission — Garden GA at $75, VIP Lounge at $150 capped at 40, a Cigar Bar table at $125. Each type gets its own price, early-bird rate and limit, and the cap is enforced on the server so it can’t oversell.

Weekend & multi-event passes

Bundle several events into one purchase. The guest buys once and gets a separate pass for each night — so every door still scans its own event, with its own check-in code, and nobody carries a pass that only half works.

Sponsorships that run themselves

Publish sponsorship levels with their own price, limit and included tickets. Sponsors buy their level, upload their own logo from a link in their receipt, and it appears on the event’s recognition wall — without staff chasing anyone for a file.

Sponsors can pay by check

Not every sponsor will pay online. They can request an invoice instead — their level is reserved right away, the remittance details are emailed to them, and you mark it paid when the check arrives. No card, and no service fee on it.

It looks like your event

Upload your logo, pick a type pairing and a page color, and every guest page wears your brand — the registration page, the ticket page, the event hub. Confirmation emails go out in your colors too. Your supporters see your organization, not ours.

New — AI setup assistant

Describe your event. Watch it draft itself.

Type a few sentences — or paste your whole program — and in about fifteen seconds your event app is drafted: the full schedule, speakers, sponsors, and venue details, ready in the editor. You review it, change anything, and hit publish. Included with every event.

1 · Paste your program

A flyer, an email thread, a committee's notes — plain English in, no formatting required.

2 · Review the draft

Every item lands in the editor as an editable suggestion — it only uses facts you gave it, and never invents names, times, or sponsors.

3 · You hit publish

Nothing goes live on its own. The AI drafts; a human publishes — prices and payments are never touched by AI, ever.

Works for galas, golf tournaments, and multi-day conferences — day-by-day agendas included. Try it live — no signup →

Visual seating designer

Design your floor. Sell every seat.

Lay your tables out exactly like the room — drag them into place, or upload your venue's floor plan and drop tables right onto it. Guests then pick their own table on a live map, and every seat locks the instant it sells.

  • Drag and drop tables, rounds, and sections onto a grid
  • Upload your floor plan and place tables on the real layout
  • Buyers choose their own table on a live, real-time map
  • Free to design yourself — or hand it to us to build for you

Raise more in the room.

The night's biggest money moments — silent auction, paddle raise, and giving — run on the same platform as your tickets. No second vendor, no extra software fee.

Silent auction, mobile bidding

Guests register once with a card on file, then bid from their phone in two taps. Late bids extend the clock (no sniping), buy-now closes instantly, and outbid alerts land in real time.

Paddle raise & donations

One-tap giving with a live thermometer. Donors are invited to cover processing — most do — so your organization nets 100% of the gift. Receipts carry your 501(c)(3) language and EIN automatically.

The big-screen moment

A projector page for the ballroom: the total counting up, a live donor ticker, top auction items, and scan-to-give QR codes — so the whole room watches the number climb.

Winners' cards are charged automatically when bidding closes, with itemized receipts (including fair-market-value wording) emailed instantly — and a pay-by-link fallback if a card declines.

Member & affiliate selling

Turn your members into a sales force.

Your chapter, board, or committee is your best sales channel. Give every member a personal link, credit every sale to their name automatically, and let a live leaderboard do the rest — friendly competition sells tables.

A personal link for everyone

Upload your roster once — the platform mints a unique link per member and emails each person theirs. No accounts, no signups. They share it by text, social, or email, and every sale through it counts on their name.

A live leaderboard

See who's selling — Dwight 6 tables, Frank 4 — in real time, on the console and optionally the event app. Each member gets a private "my sales so far" page, no login needed. Nothing motivates a chapter like a scoreboard.

Credit for walk-ups too

Buyers who never clicked a link can still pick a member's name at checkout from your roster — so those sales count as well. Attribution is decided server-side at payment, so a code can never change a price or block a sale.

Delivered through the built-in campaign engine — one roster upload, and every member gets their link. Ideal for Divine Nine chapters, alumni councils, boards, and any membership organization that sells through its people.

Conferences & summits

Run your conference. Skip the app license.

Multi-day conferences run on the same platform — tiered registration, capped workshops, name badges, and an attendee app your guests open from a link. Conference-app vendors charge $3,500+ per event for this. Here, it's included.

An app with no app store

Agenda, speakers, rooms, sponsors, and live "room change" updates — installable to any phone straight from a link. No download, no per-attendee app fee, always current.

Workshops that can't oversell

Registration tiers with early-bird pricing, plus capped add-ons — a 40-seat workshop stops at 40, enforced by the same engine that keeps gala tables from double-selling.

Badges & check-in at the door

Every registrant gets a QR pass; print name badges in one click and scan people in at the door. Walk-ins get a blank badge and a pass on the spot.

Paid conferences: $0 upfront — attendees add the standard 3% + $0.99. Free-registration conferences: genuinely free — no upfront cost, no per-attendee fee. If your event runs fundraising on the platform (silent auction, paddle raise, donations), we earn the standard fee on that — so we only make money when money moves. See the sample conference app →

Tournaments & leagues

200 teams. Four divisions. One weekend. Scheduled in seconds.

Anyone can draw a bracket. The hard part is fitting hundreds of games onto the fields you actually have, without putting a team in two places at once — and then re-doing it all when it rains. That's what this does.

The schedule builds itself

Pools, brackets, fields, game length, rest between games, division day-grouping. Press generate: every game gets a field and a time, and nothing conflicts. If it genuinely doesn't fit, you're told before you publish — "needs about 8 field-hours, these fields have 3" — instead of handing your directors a broken sheet.

Pool play into real brackets

Snake-seeded pools, round-robin, standings with proper tiebreakers, then the top teams seed straight into a double-elimination bracket per division. Three-game guarantee without a spreadsheet.

Parents stop asking you

Every family opens the event from a link and sees one thing first: where and when their team plays next. Scores go in from a phone at the field by a volunteer with a scorekeeper login — not your board's credentials — and every screen updates instantly.

Referees & officials — included

The schedule is only half the weekend — someone has to officiate every one of those games. Officials management ships with every tournament: no premium tier, no add-on fee.

A real roster, not a group text

Build the crew once: name, contact, certification level, availability windows, eligible divisions, and a max games per day for every official. Then assign games straight from the schedule grid — the referee sheet lives with the schedule, not on paper in somebody's truck.

Conflicts caught as you assign

A live constraint engine checks every assignment: double-booked across overlapping games, not enough rest between back-to-backs, not enough travel time when consecutive games sit on different fields, outside a declared availability window, the wrong level or division, or past a daily game cap. Hard conflicts demand an explicit confirm; softer ones are warnings a director can override — because real tournaments are messy.

When it rains, the crew moves too

Shift the day or cascade the schedule, and every assignment moves with its game — then gets re-checked automatically on the other side. Re-doing the referee sheet by hand over text messages stops being part of the weekend.

Rain delay? Shift the day or cascade from the moment play resumes — games that already have a score never move, and referee assignments ride along, re-checked automatically. Nobody downloads a second app just to find out who they play next. Try the scheduler → — the demo comes pre-loaded with a referee crew, assignments already on games, and one deliberate double-booking, so you can watch the engine catch it. Tournaments now have a home of their own →

Try it yourself

Click around the real product. No signup, no sales call.

Every demo below is the same code that runs live events — loaded with sample data.

Running a tournament? Your teams already have this app for tickets and check-in — so the bracket lives there too. Seed it, score it, and every player and parent watches it update live. Nobody downloads a second app just to see who they play next. See the live bracket →

Compare that to platforms that ask you to book a demo call first.

New — the Kanonu Events app

The whole platform, in your pocket.

Kanonu Events is now a free app for iPhone and Android. Every event still opens from a link — nothing requires a download — but if you’re following a team through a tournament, tracking more than one event, or running one, the app earns its spot on your phone.

Find events & follow the night

Browse upcoming events with cover art, dates, and venues, and save the ones you like. Open one and it's all there — agenda, speakers, venue & parking, sponsors, live announcements the moment they post, and the silent auction as the bids land.

Tickets, ready at the door

Look up your passes with your order number and email — every seat gets its own QR pass. Send a seat to a guest and the pass is securely reissued to them; the old code stops scanning, so it's one seat, one valid pass.

Your team’s next game

For tournaments, the full schedule is in the app — browse by day or by field, and pin your team so their next game is always one tap away, with the time, the field, and who they play. Division brackets update live as scorekeepers post results, so the phone in the stands is never behind the scoreboard.

Organizer mode, staff-unlocked

Staff sign in with their org credentials and the same app becomes the command center — live gross, sold, and checked-in; door check-in by camera scan or a searchable guest roster; the seller leaderboard. Every scan is validated server-side, and a pass admits exactly once.

Free · iOS 17 or later · Android · no account required. Card details are never collected in the app — giving and checkout always open the event's secure, Stripe-hosted checkout. On iPhone, follow a live auction lot right from your lock screen. Built by Kanonu Solutions LLC.

See it in action

FAQ

Questions, answered

Who pays the fees — us or the attendee?
The attendee. The 3% + $0.99 service fee and Stripe's card processing are both added at checkout, so your organization keeps 100% of its ticket or registration price.
How quickly do we get our money?
Funds settle directly to your organization's bank account on a standard payout schedule — Kanonu Events never holds your money.
Do we need our own Stripe account?
No — you don't sign up for Stripe separately. During onboarding you connect your organization's bank account through a short, Stripe-hosted verification (your EIN, a representative's details, and bank information — about 10 minutes). After that, payouts flow straight from each sale to your bank. Payout setup must be completed before your first event goes on sale.
Are there setup or monthly fees?
No. There are no setup fees, no monthly fees, and no contracts. You pay only the per-registration fee when you actually sell.
What kinds of events does it support?
Galas with seating charts, golf tournaments with foursomes and sponsorships, and general-admission fundraisers. Both ticketed events and limited-inventory sponsorships are handled server-side.
Can guests pick their own seats?
Yes. For galas you design a visual seating chart — drag tables into place or upload your venue's floor plan — and buyers choose their own table on a live map. Sold tables lock instantly, so two people can never grab the same one. Designing it yourself is free; a concierge build is available if you'd rather hand it off.
How does check-in work on event day?
Each guest gets a QR pass by email. Staff open a PIN-protected check-in page on any phone, scan the code, and see ADMIT or ALREADY USED instantly — with a live attendance tally on the board console.
Can a fiscally-sponsored group use it under our nonprofit?
Yes. Events can run under a parent 501(c)(3) with funds tracked as a restricted designation — ideal for chapters and sponsored programs.
Can we get a fully custom-designed sales page for our flagship event?
Yes — we design and build those. Your event gets its own bespoke page in your organization's branding, like Boots & Brims, running on the same live-inventory checkout as every Kanonu event. It can live at an address on your own domain (one DNS record — we handle the rest) or drop into your existing website as an embed. Ask us for a quote.
Is payment information secure?
Yes. All payments run through Stripe — card data never touches Kanonu Events' servers. Every price, hold, bid, and admission is decided server-side, so a modified app or browser can't change what's charged.
How does member selling work — do members need accounts?
No accounts. You upload your member roster once; the platform mints a personal link for each person and emails it to them. Anyone who buys through a member's link is credited to that member on a live leaderboard, and each member has a private "my sales" page with no login. Buyers who never used a link can still pick a member's name at checkout. All attribution is decided server-side when payment completes, so a referral code can never change a price or block a sale.
What does the AI assistant do — and what can't it do?
It drafts. Describe your event or paste your program, and it pre-fills your event app — schedule, speakers, sponsors, venue — as editable suggestions built only from what you wrote. It cannot publish anything, touch prices or payments, or invent details; a person on your team always reviews the draft and clicks publish.
Do you support silent auctions and paddle raises?
Yes — it's built in. Guests register once with a card on file and bid from their phones; late bids extend the clock so nobody gets sniped, and buy-now closes an item instantly. Paddle raise and one-tap donations run on the same pages with a live thermometer, and a projector screen shows the room the total climbing. When bidding closes, winners' cards are charged automatically and receipts go out instantly.
What do donors and auction winners get for taxes?
Every gift receipt carries your organization's 501(c)(3) language and EIN automatically. Auction receipts include fair-market-value wording, so winners know what portion may be tax-deductible.
Is there an event app for guests?
Yes — every event gets a mobile event hub with the schedule, speakers, venue and parking details, add-to-calendar, and live announcements that appear on guests' phones the moment you post them. It's a web page, so there's nothing to download. Want a native app anyway? Kanonu Events is free on the App Store and Google Play — browse upcoming events, keep your QR passes on your phone, and follow the auction live. Optional, never required.
Can guests keep their tickets in Apple or Google Wallet?
Yes. Every pass can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in a tap — right from the ticket page we email after checkout, with no app to install. The wallet pass carries the same QR the door scans, so guests have it on their lock screen when they arrive, and it's branded to your organization, not ours.
Our sponsors pay by check. Can you handle that?
Yes. A sponsor can request an invoice instead of paying by card — their sponsorship level is reserved immediately so nobody else takes it, the remittance details are emailed to them, and you mark it paid from the console when the check arrives. There is no service fee on a check, since no card is processed.
Can we sell more than one kind of ticket?
Yes — as many types as you need, each with its own price, early-bird rate, description and limit. A $75 general admission alongside a $150 VIP capped at 40 and a $125 table capped at 24 is a normal setup. The limits are enforced on our servers, so a capped type cannot oversell even if everyone checks out at once. A single type can also admit to several events, which is how a weekend pass works: the guest buys once and receives a separate pass for each night.
Can we run a private, invitation-only event?
Yes. Give the event an access code and it is kept out of the public event listings, and — the part that actually matters — nobody can register or buy without the code. That check runs on our servers, not in the page, so it holds even for someone who has the direct link.
Can we email our guests from the platform?
Yes — built-in campaigns for invites (upload last year's list), day-of reminders, thank-yous, and survey blasts. Emails are personalized, sent at a deliverability-safe pace, and unsubscribe handling is automatic, so you stay compliant without thinking about it.
